The challenge

Nadaa Ali sells prime property, rents serviced riads and villas, runs a chauffeur fleet and plans trips and events for private clients. Clients at that level do not fill in long forms; they message. The site had to present six offers without feeling like a marketplace, and turn every interest into a direct conversation with her.

What we built

• Brand & art direction

  Black and gold, serif display type and a private-client tone: “Nadaa Ali · Private Client Advisory”.

• Developments catalogue

  25 Tangier developer projects, filtered by type, status (off-plan or ready), budget and free search, with full-screen photo galleries.

• Luxury stays

  Serviced riads and villas with their staff and capacity. Pick city, nights and guests, and the quote request opens in WhatsApp, already written.

• Fleet, itineraries & events

  Chauffeur fleet, day-by-day travel plans, galas and weddings, each with its own enquiry.

• Bespoke planner

  A four-step configurator (scope, destinations and dates, inclusions, dispatch) that turns a client’s wishes into a brief for Nadaa.

• Photos that always load

  171 property photos moved from third-party servers onto the site itself, compressed to WebP and loaded as the visitor scrolls.
