Real estate & realtor website design

A good real estate website does two jobs: it shows your listings so buyers can filter them, and it turns every interested visitor into a direct conversation with you. OWL & GOATS builds realtor and estate agent websites as a fixed-price first project from $2,500 (12,900 MAD in Morocco), delivered in 2–3 weeks.

What a real estate website needs

  • Listings buyers can filter

Type, status, city or area, budget and a free search. Each property gets its own page with full-screen photos, so it can be shared and found on Google.

  • Enquiries that reach you, not an inbox

Every “I’m interested” button opens a message that already names the property: to WhatsApp, email or your CRM. Short forms; serious buyers message, they don’t fill in pages.

  • Your listings source

Typed in by your team, imported from a spreadsheet, or fed from your MLS or listing portal. A feed saves retyping but adds that provider’s fees and some integration work.

  • Photos that load fast

Property sites are photo-heavy. Images should live on your own site, compressed and loaded as the visitor scrolls, or phones will give up before the first listing.

  • Languages

Buyers from abroad search in their own language. We deliver English, French and Arabic, with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic.

  • Being found

Area pages, clear titles and structured data help search engines and AI assistants recommend you when someone asks for an agent in your city.

Your three options

  • A template from a real estate website vendor

Quick to start, often with a listing feed included. You rent it monthly, look like every other agent on the same template, and rarely own the site.

  • A freelancer

Flexible and often affordable. Listings, enquiry flows and photos are a lot for one person, and support after launch depends on their availability.

  • An agency

Brand, listings, enquiry flows and search visibility in one team, with a fixed quote and a site you own. Costs more than a freelancer at the start.

How we build your real estate website

  1. 1 You tell us what you sell

Sales, rentals, new developments, holiday stays: in one sentence on our quote form or on WhatsApp.

  2. 2 A founder replies with a fixed quote

Within one business day, with the pages, listing filters and enquiry flows written down.

  3. 3 We build it

Brand, listings, property pages and enquiry buttons, delivered in 2–3 weeks and reviewed by a founder before launch.

  4. 4 You add listings yourself

We show your team how to publish a property. Stop there, or continue on a monthly plan; the first project is then credited in full.

Check before you sign with any provider

  • Who owns the domain, the site and the listing data
  • Monthly fees for the template or the listing feed, and what happens if you stop paying
  • Where enquiries go, and how fast you see them
  • Can your team add a property without calling the developer?
  • Photo hosting and page speed on a phone

Questions

How much does a real estate website cost?

With OWL & GOATS, a realtor or estate agent website is a fixed-price first project from $2,500 (12,900 MAD in Morocco), delivered in 2–3 weeks. A property portal or a listing-feed integration gets a firm written quote after a short scoping call.

What should a realtor website include?

Listings with filters and a page per property, fast photos, an about page that builds trust, area pages for local search, and an enquiry button on every listing that reaches you directly, on WhatsApp, by email or in your CRM.

Can you connect my MLS or listing portal?

Often yes, depending on what your MLS or portal allows. A listing feed is scoped and quoted separately, because each provider has its own rules and fees. Many agents start with listings added by hand.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain, the site and your listing data are yours. You are not renting a template.

Do you build websites for property developers?

Yes. For Naba Realty we built a catalogue of 25 Tangier developer projects filtered by type, status (off-plan or ready) and budget, with every enquiry going to WhatsApp.

Can the site be in several languages?

Yes. We deliver English, French and Arabic, including a right-to-left Arabic layout, so buyers abroad read your listings in their language.
