How much does a website cost in 2026?

The cost of a website depends on four things: how many pages, which features (booking, payments, accounts), how many languages, and who builds it. With OWL & GOATS, a website starts as a fixed-price first project from $2,500 (12,900 MAD in Morocco), delivered in 2–3 weeks.

What makes a website cost more or less

  • Number of pages and content

A one-page site and a 30-page site with a blog are different projects. Writing and photos are often the hidden part of the budget.

  • Features

Booking, online payments, member accounts, a product catalogue or a quote form each add design, development and testing.

  • Languages

Every language adds translation and checking; Arabic also needs a right-to-left layout. We deliver English, French and Arabic.

  • Integrations

Connecting a CRM, WhatsApp, a payment provider or your accounting tool adds set-up and testing time.

  • Design

A theme adapted to your brand is faster than a design built from scratch around your offer and your clients.

  • After launch

Hosting, security updates, backups and search visibility are ongoing costs. Ask about them before you sign, not after.

Your three options

  • Do it yourself on a website builder

Cheapest to start and fine for a simple page. You pay with your time, and growing beyond the template gets harder.

  • A freelancer

Flexible and often affordable. Quality depends on one person, and so do deadlines, holidays and support after launch.

  • An agency

Design, development, content and support in one team with a fixed quote. Costs more than a freelancer, but nothing falls between two chairs.

How we price your website

  1. 1 You describe what you need

In one sentence, on our quote form or on WhatsApp.

  2. 2 A founder replies with a fixed quote

Within one business day, with the scope written down.

  3. 3 We build it

A first project is delivered in 2–3 weeks, reviewed by a founder before launch.

  4. 4 You decide what comes next

Stop there, or continue on a monthly plan; the first project is then credited in full.

Costs to check before you sign

  • Domain name and hosting, and who owns them
  • Writing, photos and translations
  • Security updates, backups and maintenance
  • Search visibility after launch (SEO and AI search)
  • Changes after launch: included, or billed?

Questions

Why do website prices vary so much?

Because "a website" can mean a single page or a full platform. The number of pages, the features, the languages and who builds it explain most of the difference. Ask any provider for a written scope next to the price.

How much does a website cost with OWL & GOATS?

A website starts as a fixed-price first project from $2,500 (12,900 MAD in Morocco), delivered in 2–3 weeks. Larger builds such as a web app or an online store get a firm written quote after a short scoping call.

Do I have to pay every month?

No. The first project is a one-off fixed price. Monthly Growth Partner plans are optional, month to month, and can be paused.

How much does an app cost?

An app prototype can start as a first project from $2,500. A full web or mobile app gets a firm written quote after a scoping call, because its features decide the work.

Do you have prices for Morocco?

Yes. For businesses based in Morocco, first projects start at 12,900 MAD and plans at 14,900 MAD a month.
