// Scenario 09
Proof in public, not screenshots
Screenshots of results convince nobody any more. A public record, written before the outcome and never edited, does. This scenario builds that record into your product.
- For
- Fintech, SaaS, coaching, any claim-heavy offer

- Scenario
- This is a scenario we deliver, not a past client result.
Why it matters in 2026
By 2026 anyone can generate a testimonial, a dashboard or a “results” screenshot in seconds, and buyers know it. In crowded markets such as trading, coaching, marketing services or software, the companies that win trust are the ones that publish their claims before they know the outcome, keep the losses next to the wins, and let anyone check. It is uncomfortable at first and then it becomes the strongest sales argument you have.
You need this if
- Your offer promises results, and prospects ask “how do I know this works?”
- Your competitors all show screenshots, and you look the same.
- You already track results internally, but nobody outside can see them.
- A regulator, partner or platform asks you to back up your claims.
How we deliver it
1 Define what counts
We agree with you on what a claim is (a signal, a forecast, a delivery date, a campaign target) and how its outcome is measured, before anything is published.
2 Record before the outcome
Each claim is written to the public log with its time, before the result is known. The log only appends: entries cannot be edited or removed.
3 Show the outcome, good or bad
When the result is known, it is added next to the original claim. Wins and losses sit side by side, with simple totals anyone can recompute.
4 Make it easy to check
Visitors can filter, export and verify the record, and your sales pages link to it instead of to screenshots.
What you get
- A clear definition of what you publish and how it is measured
- An append-only public log with timestamps
- Outcomes shown next to every claim, including losses
- Totals visitors can recompute and export
- Sales pages that point to proof instead of screenshots
What we will not promise
We will not hide losses, delete entries or adjust past records. If the record does not support a claim, the claim changes, not the record.
Questions
What if our results are mixed?
Most real results are. A mixed but honest record usually beats a perfect but unverifiable one, and it tells you where to improve.
Does this need a blockchain?
No. An append-only log with public timestamps is enough for most businesses. We can add an external timestamp if your market expects one.
Can we start with past results?
Past results can be shown as history, clearly labelled. The public record only counts from the day claims are written before their outcome.
